In 2022, Efficient Frontier Consulting had become the Programme Manager for the Yayasan Peneraju Juang Skil Kerjaya. JUANG focuses more on enhancing the capabilities of the people with disabilities or special needs working in a corporate environment by giving them the opportunity to hold an Executive position in a corporate sector. Similar with the ILTIZAM PDP Programme, EFC is in charge with the assessment of the candidates as well as placing them to a suitable roles inline with their skills and qualifications. EFC also plays a heavy roles in providing training to the JUANG trainees in order to prepare them with their career after the programmes.
