Iltizam Professional Development Programme (PDP) is a one-year programme initiated by Ekuuinas in 2012 as to provides Bumiputera graduates with on-the-job training. Graduates will have the opportunity to develop and learn professional skills to become highly marketable and employable while being attached as an Executive Trainee at Ekuinas's portfolio and partner companies. The trainees will also be given training to learn in branding themselves and developing soft skills that would benefit them at the workplace.
